The Quality Enhancement Initiative provides the following services designed to increase the quality of early care and education programs and staff:
• Information and technical assistance for participation in the KIDS NOW Quality Rating system
• Assistance in accessing KIDS NOW scholarship programs
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of services provided to programs
