In November 2005 and 2006, the Kentucky Partnership for Early Childhood Services has hosted a series of regional forums in collaboration with the Division of Child Care and Division of Early Childhood Development to conduct gap analysis for each Area Development District (ADD) based on the Kentucky Early Childhood Core Content.  The goal of the forums was to identify gaps in the current availability of training across the Core content levels and subject areas.
