The Partnership for Early Childhood Services would like to welcome you to the Kentucky Child Care Resource and Referral home site. The Kentucky Child Care Resource and Referral Network is a statewide network of 15 community-based child care resource and referral agencies that work to improve the quality, accessibility, and affordability of child care for all Kentucky families.
