Welcome

The mission of 4C is to improve the effectiveness and accessibility of early childhood education in Northern Kentucky and Southwestern Ohio. Direct services are provided to an 8 county region (Boone, Campbell, Kenton, Grant, Gallatin, Owen, Pendleton and Carroll) of Northern Kentucky and a five county region (Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton,
Warren) of Southwestern Ohio.
