Fundamentals of Effective Training
Any Cancellation must be received at least 7 days before Module I opens. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Cancellations can be submitted in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or over the phone by calling (800) 956-8950. Credit cards will be refunded the amount paid minus a $5.00 processing fee. Checks that have not yet been cashed, will be returned. In the event that Module III (face to face day) cannot be completed as scheduled, a one-time extension to the next FET will be granted without an additional charge. However, some content may need to be repeated. If a participant enrolls in FET and does not complete by the closing date of the course, no refund will be given.
Face-to-Face Sessions other than FET

Checks that have not yet been cashed, will be returned. In the event that TIPP cancels a training, you will be entitled to either a registration credit good for one year from the original training date or a full monetary refund.
Registration is non-refundable, however ECOOL registrants who have not yet begun the course may transfer their registration to a co-worker if done within the 30-day window of their ECOOL account life-span.
Online and Hybrid Courses require payment of a Visa or MasterCard at the time of registration. The name on the credit card statement will read Early Childhood Training.
Face-to-face sessions have a pay later option, though payment must be received by training check-in.
All online courses are hosted through the Human Development Institute Canvas program, and can be accessed through https://lms.hdiuk.org.
Register any time in the period listed. For instance, if the course dates are July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, you can register anytime between these dates.
