Fundamentals of Effective Training (FET)

This 17-hour hybrid course is designed to assist trainers in demonstrating competence in the implementation of principles, tips & techniques for training the adult learner. This course includes: three online modules, one day of face-to-face training and a webinar. Please check the dates of these events when registering.

Note: FET slots tend to fill quickly. If an event is sold out, email registration@lsv.uky.edu to be placed on the wait list and alerted when registration opens up for the next session.

This is a requirement for the Kentucky Early Care and Education Trainers Credential, Levels 2-5.
