Children Experiencing Homelessness - DCC Approved Training Modules

Aug 01, 2018

Child Care Providers -

In effort to support your work  in meeting the needs of children and families experiencing homelessness, the Division of Child Care encourages the completion of the training modules found at the link below.  These 30-minute modules are part of a series of eight modules that will be made available at no cost to participants.  According to the Administration for Children and Families, all modules will be available by the end of the calendar year.

Given the importance of this issue, the DCC has approved the modules for early care and education training hours.  Upon completion of the training modules, providers should complete the attached form and submit with their completion certificates to ECE-TRIS to receive .5 training clock hours for each module completed.
